I was recently diagnoses with psoriasis. Right now it's pretty bad (interrupting my sleep and interfering with my job bad) so I'm on steroids, which are working on the problem. In June I started washing my hair every other day with shampoo. In the beginning of September I decided to try out shampoo bars with an ACV rinse because I have extremely hard water. Has anyone here done the GAPS diet or follows it and has seen results? I'm 21 and I had servere eczema on my arms and neck while growing up. After taking out gluten from my diet it cleared up some, and then when I got into eating healthy it got a little better, and then I started taking vitamins and that helped my skin a lot.
